Every individual coming to therapy is experiencing a unique set of challenges.

In our first meeting, we lay the groundwork for our work together. We will begin with exploring your current circumstances, the problematic issues you are experiencing, and defining your objectives.

  • Reducing Disability and Improving Quality of Life

    Research has shown that the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) is a best-practices evidence-based program for reducing disability associated with a range of debilitating health and mental health conditions. Over the course of ten weekly sessions, the program targets re-integration into meaningful life roles activities, increasing quality of life, and, where appropriate, facilitation of return to work.
