living with chronic illness, and
navigating challenging life transitions.
Living through these uncertain, stressful times has a profound impact on all aspects of our lives. We can feel overwhelmed, not knowing how best to cope.
You are not alone.
Support is available through confidential, online one-on-one psychotherapy.
Getting started
Every individual coming to therapy is experiencing a unique set of challenges.
In our first meeting, we lay the groundwork for our work together. We will begin with exploring your current circumstances, the problematic issues you are experiencing, and defining your objectives.
My role is to share with you best-practices to support in making the changes you are aiming for.
