About Me

I am a graduate of the doctoral program in clinical psychology at McGill University.  Over the last twenty years, I have worked with clients across North America and Europe to map out a path of positive change.  I use a collaborative approach to help individuals identify and overcome obstacles getting in the way of reaching the next level they are striving for.

Human beings are complex; no one type of orientation can address all situations.  I believe an individualized approach, remaining based in empiricism, offers the best means of answering individual needs in counselling and coaching.  Over the course of my career, I have had the honour to work with individuals struggling to improve self-confidence, overcome anxiety, better their relationships, and transform their careers.  It is with a sense of humility that I have been a facilitator in helping them move forward.  It is with a sense of the utmost respect that I have been witness to the incredible changes that were able to create for themselves.

I am fluent in both English and French and can provide services in both these languages.
